I was visiting family from out of town and I took a 2009 Dodge to him for 2 problems first of the this year. One was an Alternator noise which he fixed perfectly without sticking me with a new Alternator which I would had said ok, not knowing any better. That tells me he can be trusted. Also I had a check engine light problem which didn't quite get fixed. I was going back home next day so I knew it could come back on without Andy's Automotive being able to follow-up. Check engine lights are tricky, we all know that. The key difference here is he backed up his work and even though I was back home he helped me get a refund from Napa Warranty. He answered my E-mails to help me. This place does back up their work (this is proof) and I would for sure go back to him and my family will recommend him to friends and neighbors.
