Absolutely terrible experience. I went in because my headlights needed to be checked/replaced, and the guy I dealt with had an awful attitude from the moment I walked in. He told me I had to pay $200 just for them to “check” the car, and that the $200 would NOT go toward the repair. For something as simple as checking headlights, that felt completely unreasonable. I wasn’t asking for some complicated diagnostic or trying to figure out a mysterious engine problem. I literally went to the mechanic next door, and they checked my headlights in about TWO MINUTES and gave me a quote for the repair. No unnecessary $200 charge, no attitude, no runaround. If you’re looking for a mechanic, save yourself the money and the headache and go somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that will actually treat customers fairly and provide basic service without trying to charge you $200 before even doing anything.

When you came in you stated that you had replaced your headlight bulbs and they quit working immediately, that would mean it's a bigger issue, without knowing there are several things it could be. That's why our electrical diagnostic testing estimates start with 1 hour of labor time and if it takes less time to pinpoint the problem the charge is less. Sorry if we didn't explain the charges correctly, we do our best to inform our customers thourghly.
