I was hoping to find a reliable shop in St Pete. A week after service, I start to hear noise at the front wheel. I find most of my wheels are loose. Must have been only hand tightened.

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry you had a problem, it’s very rare that we miss something we do our best to ensure quality work, as I stated when I come to your home and torqued all of your wheels we do have a policy to prevent this that wasn’t followed this time. I have already made changes to this policy to help prevent future failures.

Andy’s took on my Jeep which had been acting up for quite some time and worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with it, it took a couple of tries, & some time but they refused to give up and eventually diagnosed the issue and she’s running good as new. I will continue to take my car with confidence to Andy’s , they were honest, fair, & refused to give up!

Awesome little shop very knowledgeable and definitely made me feel more than comfortable especially squeezing me in end of the day on an emergency and staying late so I wasn't down transportation wise ....can't thank Andy and his team enough will definitely remember this!! these kinds of mechanics are extremely hard to find!!!

Needed some work done on my F-150 before a long trip. They were able to get me in and get everything taken care of for a great price. They let me know other things that needed eventual attention and provided pictures and clear details on those things without trying to upsell me like you usually get at the mechanic. Reliable and honest. Andy’s will be my mechanic from now on.

I’ve been dealing with Andy for a little over 16 years and he always do me good so I actually appreciate him taking care of my car today given it back to me at a reasonable time the whole overall team from the assistant to the workers are great
