I stopped going to Crown Acura after I learned that the maintenance services they recommended were not actually needed. The Volvo dealer where purchased my XC60 told me that immediate replacement of my rear break pads was critical. I took the car to Andy’s and they told me I had normal wear for 40k miles, did not need pads (anywhere), and suggested I return in a year. would have been easy for a dishonest place to say that I needed the pads replaced. They previously worked on my BMW. Always honest and reasonably priced. A keeper!
