The Volvo dealer where purchased my XC60 told me that immediate replacement of my rear break pads was critical. I took the car to Andy’s and they told me I had normal wear for 40k miles, did not need pads (anywhere), and suggested I return in a year. would have been easy for a dishonest place to say that I needed the pads replaced. They previously worked on my BMW. Always honest and reasonably priced. A keeper!

Broke down call a tow truck the owner himself stayed late so I can get my truck inside the lock gate very very nice friendly professional and extremely courteous since we just moved to St Pete they will be my mechanic

This is the best automotive shop in the whole Tampa area and it’s surroundings , the owner aside from knowing what he does and being excellent at it, it’s responsible and compassionate with a sense of respect and duty that it’s no longer seen no where else , the facility is clean and welcoming it even smells good , the customer service is from the 80s so refreshing I would travel 72 miles to take my cars there if I have too, that’s how good this place and it’s owner are .

Andy knows he’s my favorite shop to come any car i have he has given me a oil change on all of them i trust his work and products he’s funny he listens it just feel more like you’re going to see a friend or family member so I continue to go there because I love my experience

I’ve been coming to Andy’s Automotive for 10 years. When Andy was on vacation, October 2021, I had an emergency situation, and took my car elsewhere. Big mistake. Snowballed into further issues. I knew better. Should have waited for Andy to return. Last January, Andy diagnosed and fixed an issue that I was told by the repair shop I went to during Andy’s vacation, would cost me a new engine. Lesson learned. Fast forward to this week. Car started, sluggishly. The next morning, I drove it to Andy’s. Andy, immediately, fit me in, and replaced my battery within 30 minutes. Knowledge, dependability, honesty, expertise, and fair prices go a long way when it comes to a vehicle. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
