Great job but really expensive for what I had done

Thank you! We do keep pricing fair as possible with the increasing cost of operation. The pricing for ignition switch replacement on your Saturn Vue included .5 hours for diagnostic testing 2.3 hours for switch replacement a new switch and towing. We feel the pricing is good but your Saturn does require more insulation labor time than average.

Very rude over the phone. I’m just a kid looking for help.

Thank you for your review, not sure how we were rude? There isn’t a way to price a motor mount without inspecting the car first to determine what mount is bad, so we offered you a drop off appointment for Thursday to help you out for your Friday trip.
